1. Dispatch Times

We handcraft all marshmallows in small batches. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated (e.g., seasonal peaks).

2. Delivery Methods

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail or a trusted courier partner.

• Courier delivery for larger orders

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and delivery method.

4. Warm Weather & Seasonal Considerations

Marshmallows can soften in warm conditions. During hot weather, we may:

• Add insulated packaging

• Adjust dispatch days

• Recommend faster shipping options

We are not responsible for heat‑related changes once the parcel is in transit.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to non‑collection, redelivery fees may apply. Perishable goods cannot be refunded if spoiled due to missed delivery.

7. Local Collection

Customers will receive collection instructions once their order is ready. Orders not collected within the stated timeframe may be disposed of without refund due to food safety requirements.
