Meet the sweetest little throwback in our mallow family. Our Rhubarb & Custard marshmallows are soft, fluffy clouds bursting with that classic blend of tangy rhubarb and silky smooth custard. Each bite melts into a dreamy balance of bright, fruity zing and comforting creamy sweetness, creating a nostalgic, melt‑in‑the‑mouth treat that feels like childhood in every squish.

These mallows are lovingly whipped up in small batches in our fully registered home kitchen, and we’re always happy to tailor them to your needs. We’ve even created mixed boxes for corporate events, complete with branded packaging, so feel free to get in touch if you’d like a quote.

Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Beef Gelatine, Vanilla Bean Paste, Flavouring, Cornflour, Cream of Tartar, Salt, Colouring (E102, E110, E122, E406, E330, E202)

Please note: these marshmallows are not vegetarian. We use halal‑certified beef gelatine.

Produced in a kitchen that handles other allergens.

Shelf life & storage: Your marshmallows will arrive sealed and stay fresh for 3–4 weeks in their original packaging. Once opened, enjoy within a couple of days. Store them somewhere cool and dark — not the fridge — and keep them away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
