Meet the fluffiest little ray of sunshine in our mallow family. Our Lemon Meringue marshmallows are like a tiny holiday for your tastebuds—soft, squishy clouds bursting with bright, zesty lemon and topped with a sweet swirl that gives you that classic meringue magic.
These mallows are lovingly whipped up in small batches in our fully registered home kitchen, and we’re always happy to tailor them to your needs. We’ve even created mixed boxes for corporate events, complete with branded packaging, so feel free to get in touch if you’d like a quote.

Ingredients
Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Beef Gelatine, Vanilla Bean Paste, Flavouring, EGG White, Lemon Curd (EGG), Cornflour, Cream of Tartar, Salt, Colouring (E102, E110, E406, E330, E202)
Please note: these marshmallows are not vegetarian. We use halal‑certified beef gelatine.
CONTAINS: EGG, SULPHITES and may contain traces of other allergens.
Shelf life & storage: Your marshmallows will arrive sealed and stay fresh for 3–4 weeks in their original packaging. Once opened, enjoy within a couple of days. Store them somewhere cool and dark — not the fridge — and keep them away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
